uesday 14 November, we welcomed Wendy Allen, Clinical Manager from the Redwood Club. She spoke about the people who come along to the Club - some have dementia, alzheimers symptoms - and the activities including the strong friendship that they all enjoy.

Pat Waite talked about his involvement with the Land Search & Rescue. Fascinating to learn about their plans for the future - that extend to being able to use technology to help with locating people, such as loved ones who have alzheimers and wander away from home.
Another successful Tawa Business Breakfast!
The guest speaker at the Tawa Rotary Business Breakfast was Ken Laban, Sky TV Sports Commentator. A well attended event with an entertaining speaker. Thanks to Judith Gray and her small team for organising this breakfast.
