Tawa Rotary hosted a very successful afternoon of high tea, entertainment, styling and showcased two community projects.
Tickets were sold out with 60 women attending the event. The ladies - looking very stylish with their hats & fascinators - enjoyed delicious high tea and had the opportunity to pick up styling tips from the dressing programme at Dress for Success - a charity that helps women with attire for interviews. $1000 from ticket and raffle sales for this event were donated to Dress for Success.
Two Rotary community projects were presented - the annual Toot4Tucker in partnership with local community organisations to collect donated items and cash for Tawa Foodbank, and the Books for Borneo project.
